You will never spend a session just doing exercises (unless you want to!). Sessions are hands-on, focused on using manual techniques to help get you better. Advanced techniques such as visceral mobilization, myofascial release, trigger point dry needling, muscle energy techniques, and positional release can be used to help you feel better and move better.

Concierge physical therapy is a personalized and private approach to your health where you will receive one-on-one optimal care. It is a priority to provide patient-centered care, allow flexibility, and ensure convenience.
